Yesterday my wife actually suggested I get a walker. I'm definitely in beyond my limits, and if I continue, I will probably damage my knees.I don't want to give up! So because the C25k program is too advanced(/gag), I'm going to start over and just walk for a while. I don't know if I'm going to be running 3 miles by September, but starting tomorrow, I'll take three steps back and go back to walking.
Maybe after a week of walking, I'll try the week one podcast again. I'll see how it goes!
Don't give up! You still have a ton of time before that silly September thing. Give your knees and other "parts is parts" time to adjust to this new concept of running. They will come around.
