I've been walking almost every day since last I posted. Went for a 4 mile hike while camping on July 11th, so skipped walking on the 12th.
Walked the trail at work on Monday the 13th, skipped Tuesday the 14th, and have been walking the trail at work daily since then. Its about 1.3 - 1.5 miles depending on the route.
No knee pain just sitting around now, so I think I'll pick it up a bit again. Maybe run for a minute or two in the evening in part of a longer walk. I'll see how it goes tonight.
