BUGS! C25k - day1

I ran/walked 2.5 miles following the week 1 for the Couch to 5k program. I borrowed my son's iPod and put the first podrunner MP3 on it, and just followed the audio queues.

It was awesome! If you think mosquito frenzy, side stitches, and miller moths are awesome, then it was awesome! The good thing is that there is a lot of protein in insects, so I can skip my late night snack tonight.
